Thank you for shopping for your resistance bands at Jesian Sure!

We appreciate the fact that you chose to buy our products and we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be.

We’re happy if you’re happy but if you are unsatisfied with a purchase, we will accept it back and give a full refund within 30 days of the purchase

Product CAN Be Returned Only If :

    Product is damaged- during transit

    Product is defective – during the
manufacturing process

    Product is not as described on the
website

    Order is Delayed for over 30 days

Note:

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

All you need to do is to ensure that the resistance band is in its original condition, tags and packaging.

Product CAN NOT Be Returned If

    You have crossed the 30-day return
window.

    The product is damaged (Not in its
original condition), or tags and packaging are missing.

Note:

Orders from Jesian Sure cannot be canceled, once they are shipped.

When Can I Get My Refund?

Note that Jesian Sure only initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us.

Therefore, the refund time may vary by the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse.

It will take us a maximum of 5 – 14 Business Days to initiate a refund and you will be notified of the same by email.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email our Customer Support team at support@jesiansure.co.uk with your order number within 15 days of purchase if you wish to return your product.

Drop the following information when initiating a return:

    Enter the
required information (including details of the product(s) you are returning and the reason(s) for the return) and print a returns label.

    Following this, you should leave the package containing the product(s) you are returning (with the returns label securely attached) at one of the collection points that we identify for you.
